We are proud of our vibrant, diverse and friendly school where children enjoy the exciting range of opportunities and make excellent progress. We are strongly committed to developing all children academically, emotionally and socially. Our expectations are high, both in learning and behaviour.
I am passionate about enabling all children in our local communities to have the very best possible educational opportunities. I have extremely high expectations of all the children, both in terms of their academic achievement and their social and emotional development.
The curriculum we provide at Summerville is tailor made to give all children a thirst for learning, a motivated engagement in school and the best chance of academic success. There is a strong emphasis on developing confidence and skills to be excellent communicators in all situations. The school has a strong sense of community, with nurture and strong relationships at its core.

Welcome back everyone!
It was so lovely to see so many happy faces this morning as the children returned for the final term of our school year!
We are very excited to welcome Mrs Wilde to our Summerville family! Mrs Wilde is our new EYFS lead and Reception teacher and we are delighted to have her as part of the team. I'm sure you'll all help to make her feel welcome as you always do.
We have lots to look forward to in our Summer term such as exciting school trips, sports week, fantastic lessons and our Proud to Be Day. Please look out for updates and reminders on Class Dojo.
